Laugh and Socialize at Our Facility
Based in Laurel, Chateau Adult Day Center (2012) is a facility that offers anbassortment of services to disabled adults and seniors. Clients' health status arebconsistentently being moinitored by a licensed registerd nurse (RN) to include ongoing health assessment monitoring changes in cognitive, physical, and/or functioning levels. We offer handicap-accessible transportation to and from the facility, where clients may enjoy well-balanced meals and an assortment of activities including but not limited to:
Stay at Home with Your Friend and Family
Chateau Personal Care Services (2015) is perfect for those in need of day to day assistance but still desire social stimulation while remaining in their home and community. Across 19 counties in MS, we provide optimal tailored assistance with daily living activities including companionship, care management, attentive care, light housekeeping, medication reminder, running errands, and etc.
Respite Care (E&D)
Chateau Respite Care (2015) provides relief for primary caregivers, giving them much needed break from the demands of caregiving. Across 19 counties in MS, we provide optimal tailored assistance with daily living activities including companionship, care management, attentive care, light housekeeping, medication reminder, running errands, and etc.
Supportive Living
Provides individuals who can live independently with access to the community, personal care assistance, and access to pay bills, grocery shop and medical care.
Home and Community Support
Provides participants needing oversight and/or supervision assistance help with activities of daily living such as bathing, meal preparation, eating, dressing, shopping, leisure activities, community integration and light housekeeping.
